INTERNALIZE THINGS THAT WE WANT

I love listening to the audio learning program by a famous coach Joe Vitale. One of my favorite is the The Key: The Missing Secret for Attracting Anything You Want. I have learned from him that in order to apply the law of attraction, we INTERNALIZE the things that we want. He called it NEVILIZING YOUR GOALS.  He attributed the term to Neville Goddard. Goddard teaches people how to visualize their goal as if it has already been obtained.

Instead of placing our goal in the future, we force ourselves to think that we are that person now. It has a psychological effect in ourselves and we will become closer to our reality.

How would you feel if your body is already in shape? Close your eyes and imagine the change, and move around.  What would your health be like if your body continues to heal and manifest more wellness? Stare in the mirror and try to imagine that you really look like as the new you.  Would you stand differently and have different poise?

Imagine that you already attain financial stability and achieve your goals.  How do you feel inside? Relaxed and contented? How would that achievement affect the way you act and talk?   With such drastic changes, how would you behave in every situation? How do you carry yourself?  What sort of new people would suddenly be attracted to the new you?  How would you treat your family and friends?

As you internalize things that you want to manifest in your life, enact some aspects of what you imagine.  This way, you can really see the transformation unfold each day

Start moving and walking like already a new you.  What diet and exercise would be the new you are on?  How would you be like at work? Start doing it because you already are that person.

Some might say that this exercise is merely like daydreaming but your answer to the questions above tells a lot about how you see yourself today and how close you are from achieving you goals.  Some people who do this internalizing exercise start seeing noticeable changes in their life and it further boosts their self-confidence and emotional health.
