DAILY JOURNAL WRITING

Personally, I find Journal-writing as a good outlet of my everyday thoughts and memories.  I have started writing journal this year and whenever I reflect on my life, my journal helps me see what am I thinking few months back and see how far I have come. Journal writing reflects who we are as a person.
