I was so amazed on how our brain works, it is one overtaxed machine. Finding ways in improving memory will be helpful in modern world with thousands of names, songs, password, pins, and numbers that we have to remember.
According to research, human memory peaks at age of 25, falls off 20 percent by age 50 and is only 50 percent effective by age 80. People will forget 60 percent of what they lean within three years, yet over the next 50 years only other 5 percent is lost.
There are a lot of prescribed medicines and herbal herbs that are suggested to improve our memory but I’ve decided to just post some simple tips that we can use in our daily lives.
If we need to remember something, we must a lot at least 10 seconds to send it into our brain. Lack of focus and concentration will prevent us from storing ideas into our long-term memory.
